How To Make Mango Aamras Recipe

I love Indian food. I particularly love traditional Indian curries - the likes of which you rarely find in Indian restaurants. Restaurant curries, however are what most people think of when they think of Indian food.

Requirements: Ooty Carrot Big -2, Milkmaid-1 cup, Sugar-11/2 cup, Cardamom Powder- 1 teaspoon, Cashew nut and Dry grapes-10 pieces, Badam Essence-Little.
 

 


Besan Ka Ladoo: These are round balls and the main ingredient is gram flour. As popularly known as ladoos these are all time favourite Indian sweet which is made in almost all regions of India with local variations. This is a sweet which is prepared for almost all the Indian festivals. It is very easy to make and a person with very little kitchen expertise can also make it. You do not have to even look for any special ingredients and the preparation time is also very less.

For chronic earache problems, a more potent home remedy for ear pain may be needed. This one requires between four and five garlic cloves. Combine them with linseed oil and burn the garlic, storing the resulting solution in a bottle. Put some of this oil around the painful ear once in the morning and again in the evening. This helps put a stop to constant earache.

After combining the meat mix mixture, wash your hands and dry them thoroughly and dust them with flour. Take about a walnut size of semolina mixture and roll it into a ball then flatten it. Take 1 tsp. size of meat mixture and place it in the center. Fold the semolina over the meat mixture and shape into a meatball. Set aside. Keep repeating this step with the remaining semolina-meat mixture.

 

 



Paint a bit more ghee over the top surface and allow to fry for about a minute. Turn the paratha over and paint the other side. The actual cooking process of each paratha only takes a couple of minutes. You will need to turn each paratha over a couple of times during cooking - adding a little more ghee each time you do.

Heat ghee is a pressure cooker. Add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, cinnamon, black cardamom, black pepper and onion and cook until lightly browned. Add lamb and roasted red pepper and continue.

I serve this meal with a light green salad and dosses. Dosses are an Indian pancake made from fine rice flour. If click here you cannot get dosse mix which is available in Asian markets, try crepes or white rice.
